special report The accredited three-year bachelor´s study program is structured as a field of study with legal basis, providing information and knowledge of criminal law, criminalistics, criminology and forensic science. Expert guarantor of this field and Director of the Institute of Criminalistics and Forensic Disciplines at VŠFS, Prof. Jiří Straus, leading Czech criminologist and forensic bio-mechanic adds: „We have prepared an attractive, interesting and unique field with an extensive study structure of criminalistics and forensic disciplines.“
20.05.2015 The price amount of CZK 200 thousand will be presented to an economist under 35 years who submits the most original and erudite paper titled „European economy – Return to growth or long-term stagnation?“ , thus participating in the contest connected with Prof. František Vencovský Award. This contest in significant economic topics has been held by our university since 2007.
27.04.2015 The world elite of company management knows its winning representatives. The winner of the final of the international student competition - Global Management Challenge (GMC), which took place on Thursday, April 23rd, is the Russian team.
20.04.2015 The fifth year of the Chess Tournament of secondary schools saw a record-breaking participation of 26 teams from the Czech Republic. We welcomed traditional participants (e.g. Prague Jan Neruda Grammar School) as well as novices such as VOŠ, SPŠ automobilní a technická České Budějovice. The level of the tournament was very high as usual.
16.04.2015 Our university has closed another significant partnership. On Thursday, April 9th VŠFS delegation led by rector B. Šenkýřová visited Moscow State Technological University "STANKIN", where they signed with Rector Sergey Grigoriev the Agreement of Friendship and Cooperation between both universities.
07.04.2015 On Friday, 27th March 2015, the second year of floorball tournament for high schools to win the Cup of the University of Finance and Administration took place in the sports hall of Tatran Střešovice. Bank Academy was one of the seven schools that were competing in mostly tough battles. Compared to the previous year, Bank Academy improved its score but it still was not good enough to win a medal.
30.03.2015 It is the third time in the national edition of the biggest managerial skills competition Global Management Challenge that we saw the winning student team “Second place is for losers”, made up of Jan Kvarda (Masaryk University), Tomáš Petrák (Carnegie Mellon University), Samuel Říha (Charles University) and Mojmír Vinkler (Masaryk University).
