Enhancing the role of human capital and increasing the efficiency of investment in education are undoubtedly key prerequisites for positive change. However, they are not the only ones. This year’s conference will therefore focus particularly on the synergistic effects of education and other contributing factors that, together, can help initiate and implement what can be described as changes for the better.
