She has spent a large part of her professional life in managerial positions, including as the Director of the Eastern Europe Division of Sindat. She received her engineering degree from VŠFS. Since 2018, she has focused on the specifics of family business. In 2021, she was appointed associate professor. She is the vice-dean for research and publication at the Faculty of Economic Studies of VŠFS.
