The Library Services Centre - Prof. Mojmír Helísek Specialised Library is a modern facility with high quality automated library system. It contains an extensive collection of books and periodicals and enables both searching and booking books up either directly from the library itself or remotely via the internet. The principles and standards of cataloguing meet international requirements.
The Library Services Centre of VŠFS is fully available to students, academic staff and professional public.
With library fund containing almost 50 000 items, you can also find here foreign and czech periodicals, as well as over 24 000 ProQuest e-books and 165 EBSCO e-books.
The library also houses a computer study room with internet access in the library premises, databases retrieval (ProQuest Central Premium, Cambridge Books Online and many more) is available.
The library enables access to final theses of VŠFS graduates.
All the library’s activities are governed by The Library and Lending Regulations, 419 kB, that was enacted in 2023.
The online catalog serves as a list of books available to loan in the library. After logging in (available only after registering in the library in person) you can use all the catalog functions (reservations, extending loan period or accessing loan history).
The titles listed in the catalog are not available to access online, unless specified as electronic resource.

A part of the UFA Library fund are also accesses to several databases.
In the preparation of final theses(as well as semester and other papers), it is necessary to cite the literature used according to the valid ČSN ISO 690 standard. You can not find it on-line, the printed copy is in the library. More
