The programme is intended for graduates of bachelor study programmes focused on economics. Primarily it develops professional knowledge and skills which are necessary for managing various types of organizational units (mainly corporations and their parts). The content of individual subjects is focused on obtaining trend knowledge in the individual spheres and on the ability to apply the final reflections into business practice through solving case studies and developing projects. The study takes into account a direction of the further development of universities of Industry 4.0 – it enables obtaining necessary soft skills required by the market – creativity, spirit of enterprise, ability to present, communication skills and teamwork, general ability of having an active attitude to the world and the ability to find innovative solutions.
The study programme ensures a versatile preparation of managers of higher enterprises, of management positions in trade corporations, holding structures, in small-size and middle-size enterprises, in the sphere of home and foreign trade, in self-employment, in family enterprises, services or non-profit entities.
