APPLICATIONS FOR THE ERASMUS+ STUDY EXCHANGE AND TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMMES ARE NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INTEREST!
THE DATES OF THE APPLICATION PERIOD FOR THE SUMMER SEMESTER OF 2026/27 WILL SOON BE SPECIFIED.
STUDY ABROAD
Through the Erasmus+ program, students can study abroad with financial support from the European Union. The study stay can last for one or two semesters. In one level of study, it is not possible to receive an Erasmus+ grant for more than 12 months.
Conditions for participating in the Erasmus+ programme:
Both full-time and part-time students are eligible for Erasmus+ study abroad. There is no age limit.
The one exception is that students in their final year of study (in both bachelor's and master's courses) are not allowed to apply for mobility in the last (i.e. summer) semester due to the necessity of completing the final state examinations.
Each applicant must pass a selection process, which consists of the following stages:
First Round of the Selection Process
-
- Submit an online application (including a CV and motivation letter in English)
- Take a language test in the language you’ll be studying in (EN/DE/FR/ES/IT). You need at least a B2 level (minimum 45 points)
- Your academic performance and tuition payment status will be checked by VŠFS
Second round of the selection process
1. Personal interview in English (or in the language of study at the foreign institution)
